    Security overview

    Our security practices are aligned with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 control frameworks. We operate with least privilege access, encrypted data handling, and continuous monitoring for production systems.

    Subprocessor transparency

    We maintain a list of subprocessors used for hosting, communications, analytics, and operational tooling. The list is available upon request and updated as vendors change.

    DPA availability

    A standard Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available upon request. We support negotiated DPAs for enterprise clients with specific regulatory requirements.

    SLA and uptime targets

    • Standard availability target: 99.9 percent for hosted production systems
    • Enhanced targets available for mission-critical workloads by agreement
    • Maintenance windows communicated in advance with defined rollback plans

    Support response tiers

    • Severity 1: initial response within 1 hour
    • Severity 2: initial response within 4 hours
    • Severity 3: initial response within 1 business day
    • Severity 4: initial response within 3 business days

    Response times and coverage are confirmed in the statement of work and support agreement.
