Delivery & Engagement Model
Our delivery model is designed for enterprise environments where governance, risk management, and reliable execution are required. We operate in clear phases with defined artifacts and decision points.
Discovery and requirements
We begin by mapping workflows, constraints, and success metrics. The output includes a requirements brief, system boundaries, and a prioritized delivery plan.
Architecture and planning
We define the system architecture, data model, integration approach, and security controls. Tradeoffs are documented, and risks are tracked with mitigation plans.
Build and implementation
Work is delivered in production-ready slices with automated testing and observability. Each release includes rollout criteria and rollback steps.
QA, release, and change management
We maintain structured QA plans, regression coverage, and staged release processes. Change management includes stakeholder review and documented approval gates when required.
Governance artifacts
- RACI matrix defining ownership and decision rights
- Risk register with mitigation and escalation paths
- Change control log for scope and release decisions
- Architecture decision records for key system choices
- Operational runbooks and escalation procedures
Ongoing support and iteration
After launch, we provide monitoring, incident response, and roadmap iteration based on measured outcomes. Support plans and response tiers are defined in the engagement agreement.
