Build and implementation

Work is delivered in production-ready slices with automated testing and observability. Each release includes rollout criteria and rollback steps.

QA, release, and change management

We maintain structured QA plans, regression coverage, and staged release processes. Change management includes stakeholder review and documented approval gates when required.

Governance artifacts

• RACI matrix defining ownership and decision rights

Ongoing support and iteration

After launch, we provide monitoring, incident response, and roadmap iteration based on measured outcomes. Support plans and response tiers are defined in the engagement agreement.
