    AI Agents for attorney

We do not change your office. We do not replace Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, or whatever you already pay for. You do not learn a new product. This is another employee who walks in already knowing how your firm works, does the computer work of the file, and does it when the office is closed.

We sit with you, watch how a matter actually moves, and teach an agent that way of working. Same screens. Same captioning. Same e-file path. Better at the mechanical work, cheaper than staffing that work with another hire, more efficient. You still approve before anything is filed. You still try the case.

When you call or text, tell us which system you already run. That is what the agent will use.

We do not change your tools

No migration. No new case management system. The agent logs into what you already use and works those screens.

You do not learn a new product

Staff keep clicking the same buttons. There is no training class for a dashboard you did not ask for. The headache of a new stack is the thing we are not selling.

    Another employee, without the hire

Same job as the person who opens the matter, types the pleading, documents the file, and files it. Available when the office is closed. You approve. It does not replace counsel.

This clip is a dummy. Your office does not become this.

Harbor Practice is a fake case file so you can watch the method: open the matter, type California pleading paper, wait for Approve, add a signature date, File with the court. We built that screen for the demo. We do not install it at your firm. On a real engagement the same clicks happen inside Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, or the system you already live in.

Dummy file. We do not replace your software.

Sample only. The real agent is taught your workflow, on the tools you already pay for. Nothing in the office structure changes except who does the clicking.

    Transcript of the demonstration

Harbor Practice (dummy) opens on Family matters. The agent clicks MARTINEZ v MARTINEZ (26FL-18421, Elena Martinez, San Diego Superior, hearing Sep 18, 2026, Dept. 12). It clicks Draft pleading, types onto California 28-line paper, File / save, waits for Approve, asks to add a signature date, then rests on File with the court. Dummy names. Not a live filing. Not legal advice. On your file, those steps run in your existing case management system, not in Harbor Practice.

Dummy matter. Dummy names. Harbor Practice is not a product we sell and not a client. It exists so you can see the method without looking at a real file.

Nothing in the office has to change

Firms stall on AI because they hear “new system.” That is not this. This is a person-shaped worker on the computer work you already do, taught your way, using your logins.

    Same software

Clio stays Clio. MyCase stays MyCase. Word, the e-file portal, the shared drive. We do not rip them out and we do not ask the firm to re-platform.

    Same workflow

How you caption. When you date. Who clicks Approve. How you file. We learn that from you. The agent does not bring a generic playbook and make the office bend around it.

No new thing for staff to learn

The headache of a new tool is training, logins, and six months of “where did the file go.” That is the opposite of this. Staff keep working the way they work. The agent is the extra pair of hands.

    Better, cheaper, more efficient

Better at the mechanical loop: paper, file, filed. Cheaper than hiring another person for that same computer work. More efficient because it does not wait until Monday morning. Those are the shape of the benefit, not a billed rate. Price is on the call.

A to Z: the job it does on your screens

Case management is the sequence that turns a phone call into a filed paper. We teach the agent that sequence on the tools you already live in. We do not rip out your system. We put another worker on it.

    1. A. Intake lands

An email, a web form, a voicemail, or a staff note. The agent reads it, pulls the parties, the court, the case number if there is one, and opens or creates the matter in your existing system. Nobody retypes the contact card.

    2. B. The matter is the source of truth

The agent puts what it knows into the record you already keep: petitioner, respondent, court, department, next hearing. If the file is missing a field, the agent flags it instead of guessing.

    3. C. Calendar and deadlines

Hearing date, time, and department. Disclosure dates. Records chase. CMC. The agent writes those onto the matter calendar you already use. When a date is coming, it starts the paper for that date.

    4. D. Pleading paper, not a Word dump

The court takes pleading paper. The agent types onto that paper — complaints, answers, motions, notices, proofs, case-management statements, declarations — using the matter data already in your file. Same 28-line California sheet you would file by hand.

    5. E. Document the file

A paper that is not in the matter does not exist. The agent saves the pleading into your case file, names it, logs the activity. The next person on the file can see what was done without hunting a desktop folder.

    6. F. File it

When the paper is ready, the agent runs the e-file path your firm already uses. You approve first. After Approve, it files, confirms what went out, and writes the filing back onto the matter.

    7. G. Update the docket and the next step

Filed. Served. Next hearing. The agent updates the matter so the file matches the court, then starts the next paper in the same loop. It does not stop at a draft sitting in Word.

    8. H. Stop when it is a legal call

Whether to take the case, what to argue, what relief to request, what to say in court — that stays with the attorney. The agent runs the file. It does not practice law.

Pleading papers, documented, filed. That is the job.

Firms do not lose the day on strategy. They lose it on the mechanical middle of every matter. A chatbot that writes a paragraph in a new window is extra work. An extra employee on the screens you already have, who types the pleading, documents the matter, and files it, is the work getting done.

    Pleading paper

Caption, numbered lines, parties, case number, hearing block. Typed on the paper the court actually takes, from the matter data already in your file.

    Document the file

The PDF lands in the matter you already keep. Activity is logged. Nothing lives only on a pad or a desktop.

    File it

After you approve, the agent files through the path the firm already uses and writes the result back to the case.

Why firms pay a person for this loop

Say you run a three-attorney shop. Every open file still needs someone to open the CMS, type the pleading, save it, and file it. That someone is usually counsel or a paralegal. The agent is another employee on that loop so those hours go back to hearings and judgment.

A $400-per-hour attorney who spends 5 hours a week on that computer work is 5 × $400 = $2,000 a week of capacity, about $8,000 a month. A $45-per-hour paralegal on the same loop 10 hours a week is $450 a week of staff time, and the attorney still reviews. Those are worked examples, not a promise and not our price. Actual hours depend on the docket. The comparison is to staffing, not to a SaaS seat.

What the agent will not do

It is another worker on the file. It is not the lawyer, and it is not a new office.

Change your tools or your org chart

No new case management system. No migration. No training program. The office keeps its software and its people. The agent is additive.

File a bad paper without you

The agent prepares the pleading, documents the file, and files after you approve. If the caption is wrong, you do not approve. Nothing leaves.

Give legal advice or appear in court

No hearings, no negotiating, no deciding what to argue. The attorney keeps the license. The agent keeps the file moving. It does not practice law.

    Replace counsel

The agent takes the computer work off the attorney and the paralegal. It does not take the case.

How we teach it your way of working

Custom, not a login. We sit with the firm, learn the real loop, and put an agent on those screens. The clip is the method. Your office is the workplace.

    Watch how you already work

Captioning, dating, who approves, how you e-file. We do not bring a generic playbook. Yours is the playbook.

    Teach the agent those screens

Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, or custom. Same buttons a person clicks. No migration.

Prove it on a dummy, then your files

Dummy matter first so you can see the paper. Then live files with you on Approve. Then the next paper type on the same agent.

    Leave the office standing

Tools stay. People stay. The agent is the extra employee on the mechanical work, including when the office is closed.

    Questions we hear from attorneys

Are you replacing our case management system?

No. Harbor Practice in the clip is a dummy so you can see the clicks. We do not install it. The agent logs into Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, or whatever you already run.

Will my staff have to learn a new product?

No. That is the point. There is no new dashboard to train on. Staff keep their tools. The agent learns the office. The office does not learn a vendor.

Is this a product we subscribe to?

No. It is a complete custom agent, taught on your workflow and your tools. We sit with you and build it for those screens.

Does it actually file, or does it only draft?

The job is the paper in the file and the paper at the court. The agent types the pleading, documents the matter, and files after you approve.

What if it files the wrong paper?

It does not file until you approve. If the pleading is wrong, you edit or you reject. After Approve, the agent files and writes the result back to the matter.

    How do we start?

Call or text 949-205-7333, or use the contact page. Tell us which system you already run. We watch one matter move the way you already move it, and we teach the agent that path.

    Your tools. Your workflow.

Keep the office. Add the employee who never needs a new login.

Call or text 949-205-7333. Tell us which case management system you already run. We will not replace it. We will teach an agent to work it the way you already do.
